NVCC Financial Aid Fraud By State Employees.

So far the investigation has uncovered at least one loan in the amount of 12k. Dr Templin's office recording announcing the millions that has been given as financial aid to the Northern Virginia Community College System, no doubt is accurate. The question remains, who has benefited? Commonwealth employees or students? Sallie Mae has confirmed the funds were disbursed to the Northern Virginia Community College, Financial Aid Office.The intended recipient is ineligible for financial aid other than work study at acommunity college because the name in which the application was made holds an undergraduate degree.To their credit, I am told, the loan has faithfully and reliably paid themonthly payment......until now. Thus bringing it to the attention of the Fairfax County Financial Crimes Unit, Fairfax County PD, Fairfax, VA. Commonwealth of Virginia fraud, waste and abuse officials, and the community college President. Without exception every official fears this is a wide spread practice of some duration and not an isolated incident.To their credit NVCC has added a page for victims of identity theft. The troubling aspect is their refusal to acknowledge the only possible way for an applicant that is ineligible for funds, has a 12k federally subsidized student loan in their name and it is kept off the computer reporting system at Northern Virginia Community College. Fraud is the only possible solution. Only someone on the inside has that sort of access. This is a continuing criminal enterprise that has been functioning at least since Oct. 2002, when 12k was disbursed from the NVCC Annandale Campus Financial Aid Office. State employees are using the Commonwealth's taxes earmarked for educational assistance, as their personal ATM machine.
